Warm-up
5 minutes

Men: 3 Sets of 10 reps
Women: 3 Sets of 5 reps
Rest 60 seconds between sets.

-Use a narrow under arm grip
-Hang yourself off the bar with arms fully extended.
-Pull your dead weight up to the bar to touch your chest.
-Lower your dead weight and repeat the movement.

Cool down
