How many can you do in 60 seconds?

Rules:
4 exercises – 3 sets
No rest between exercises
Rest for 60 seconds after each set
Keep a record of the total reps completed for each exercise in each set

Exercises:
– Air Squats
– Pushups
– Sit-ups
– Burpees

Sequence:
1st set: Perform as many reps as possible for each exercises in 60 seconds.
2nd set: come down by 5 reps for each exercise from the 1st set totals.
3rd set: try and beat your 1st set totals.
