POWER Yoga with Ashley

What is POWER Yoga?

Power Yoga is an emPOWERing style of yoga that combines cardio sessions with restorative sessions.

60-minute cardio sessions include a fitness-inspired vinyasa flow for yogis of all levels to become stronger in body, mind, and spirit.  

45-minute restorative sessions focus on slower movements to promote relaxation and assist in muscle recovery for athletes.

Who is teaching it?

Classes are taught by Ashley Sanders, a Yoga Alliance 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher.  Ashley is a group fitness and private yoga instructor for clients in Fairfield and Westchester Counties.
