Dehumidifier

The dehumidifier is going to be on 24/7 to clear the air in the gym.

Non-contact temperature gun

Everyone's temperature will be taken before training. Anyone with a temperature over 99.5 degrees will not be allowed to train. I have two non-contact infrared electronic temperature gun that you just point at the person's forehead to take the readings.

Surgical masks

I have surgical masks, and they will be available to every students who comes in without a mask.

Disposable gloves

Disposable gloves are available to every student  and Instructor.

Cleaning Wipes

Hand sanitizers are available for use in all areas of the gym, as well as the few Lysol's we have left.
I have cleaning wipes for each area of the gym.

Contact information

Please make sure that everyone completes the gym's disclaimer so that we have their contact information in case of an outbreak

Disinfectant

All areas and pieces of equipment are disinfected before and after each class

Social distancing

Implement social distancing whenever possible.

Safety & Hygiene

  • If possible, see if you can get tested. I have been tested at my work by Quest Diagnostics, and I'm negative. Unfortunately, you will have to do this each week or if you have contacts in high places every day.
  • Wash your hands with soap and water.
  • Avoid touching your face and wear a mask.
  • If you feel fatigued or sick stay home

Coming back to the gym

When we're given permission to reopen.
Please let me know if you do not feel comfortable coming back and instructing at the gym.
