My focus is on the connectivity of the mind, body and spirit, and finding unique ways to help improve and balance our bodies. The goal for all of my clients is improvement, whether it be using Tai Chi movements to improve posture and strength, Nutrition tips on how to eat with the seasons, help balancing energy systems through meditation and qi-gong, or strength movements for health and fitness goals. We are transitioning into a new age of awareness of health and wellness and learning how to become a complete person, physically, emotionally and spiritually.
