Our Kickboxing and Fitness program
for children 8-13 yrs old, is designed to encourage motivate and to
increase your child's sense of achievement, confidence and self-esteem,
enhancing fitness, flexibility, balance, strength and overall energy
levels, improving social skills and interaction with others, we will
teach them how to defend themselves while still having fun, teaching
life skills that will last a lifetime.
