Our Thai/Kickboxing and fitness programs for adults and children run throughout the year with professional tutors. Not only will you be getting a workout that's good for your heart, burning fat, and adding muscular flexibility and definition—you will also be receiving mental stimulation, as well as learning the correct application and techniques for your knees, elbows, punches, kicks and blocks.

Each program is formulated to boost your awareness, energy, and self-confidence.

All programs are coached by 2 instructors, with small class numbers to aid instruction and personal development. Whether your goal is fitness, self-development, confidence, or simply learning the art, we are confident that our programs will get the best out of you.

Note: Places for our Muay Thai kickboxing programs are limited to 14 students per session. This will provide a personal trainer concept to your instruction. Bookings are taken on a first come, first serve basis.

You are advised to book early to avoid disappointment. All you need is comfortable workout clothing; all equipment is provided.

The Beginner's Muay Thai Kickboxing & Fitness Course is a unique program that you will not find anywhere else. This is a structured six-week course that has been running successfully since 1995, with thousands of students having learned Muay Thai, kickboxing, and boxing through participating. The course is aimed firmly at people who are just starting the journey of learning Muay Thai, kickboxing, and boxing. It will enable you to build a firm foundation of knowledge in the art of Muay Thai, kickboxing, and boxing in a safe atmosphere, without the danger of injury normally associated with these types of Martial Arts.
