Description of classes:
Bodyweight Training (Calisthenics)
This is a functional workout routine, that's geared at increasing
your functional strength, cardio-conditioning, stamina and over all
weight lost and muscle toning.
Dynamic Strength & Conditioning
This program uses weights along with your functional abilities to
achieve more muscle mass and definition.
it is dynamic because it mostly focuses on multi-joint workout
techniques, that promotes overall cardio, endurance, speed, power
and coordination.
Circuit Training
This program uses the concept of various high intensity workouts to
achieve maximum results through interval training.
Cardio-Power-Command
Monday, Wednesday and Friday @ 6:00am - 7:00am.
Classes consist of strength training, bodyweight training,
cardio-conditioning and stretching.
Time scheduling is base on request
